Sutter's Store Policies
Sutter's Jewelry offers a unique and exciting opportunity for our customers to be active in the design of their custom jewelry pieces. Using traditional techniques for jewelry design as well as the latest computer technology, we are able to streamline the process of custom jewelry design and provide a higher level of customer service.

Custom Design Policies:
 
  • ALL CUSTOM ORDERS REQUIRE A $75.00 CUSTOM DESIGN FEE. THIS FEE IS APPLIED TO THE FINAL COST OF THE CUSTOM DESIGN. THERE WILL BE NO REFUNDS OF THIS FEE.

  • THERE ARE NO REFUNDS OF ANY KIND ON CUSTOM DESIGN ORDERS.

General Store Policies:

  • SUTTER'S JEWELRY ACCEPTS RETURNS ON STORE MERCHANDISE WITHIN TWO (2) WEEKS OF THE ORIGINAL SALE DATE UPON THE APPROVAL OF THE MANAGEMENT.
  • SUTTER'S JEWELRY IS PLEASED TO ACCEPT MASTERCARD, VISA AND AMERICAN EXPRESS CREDIT CARDS FOR PAYMENT. CASH AND CHECKS ARE ALSO ACCEPTED.
